Nio did a landscaping job for us at our new house.  We had a blank slate, which most people might think is ideal, but in reality is very daunting.  Nio was able to take our thoughts and ideas and turn them into an amazing reality. Including a tramp enclosure and firepit.  He is great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with their concrete and landscaping work.  We have already had him back to work on a different project with the same results.

Nio, from Immortal Concrete contacted me within one day of leaving my information on line. He came out looked at my property and asked me what I needed accomplished. I needed a small sod job on the perimeter of my two grass areas that were wrecked with winter salt from the street, and the drought from a few years ago. His crew had to square up the edges, till the soil,  remove some old grass and spread new top soul. I had an area where the sprinklers don’t reach, so he boxed in an area and filled it with rocks. We were in need of replacing the mailboxes so he cut out another area and framed it for rocks when we get the new mail boxes. From start to finish it took three days. I had another sprinkler contractor comment on what a nice job they did. It took root after two weeks. It’s in its third week now and has really greened up from when installed. Nio is pleasant, easy to work with and can accommodate many needs. It looks beautiful now. It makes my existing lawn look kind of tired. Hopefully I can get it perked up too. I highly recommend him and his men for sod replacement.

Nio, from Immortal Concrete contacted us the day after leaving our information on line. He came out and looked at my disaster of a backyard after we had just finished a construction project and listened to what we had in mind for finishing the yard. We wanted sod on the main part of the yard and xeriscaping on the side part of the yard (see pictures). He and his crew had to clean up the rest of the construction debris, till the soil, add new sprinklers and valve box, spread new top soil and then laid the new sod. They also poured a concrete border to separate the sod from the xeriscaping on the side yard. From start to finish it took four days! The new sod has really greened up (as you can see from the pictures) and it's beautiful! Nio is wonderful to work with and was very accommodating as we needed to make small adjustments along the way. I highly recommend him and his men!

Nio and his crew were wonderful to work with on my backyard zeroscaping project! Nio was quick to respond and deliver, and super personable. I enjoyed my chats with Nio almost as much as I'm enjoying my new backyard landscaping! He took my vision and made recommendations to improve it and make it work within my limited space. My project was not an easy one as I don't have a gate leading to my backyard. He and his crew had to wheelbarrow and hand carry all their supplies through my front door to the backyard, rocks, concrete, equipment, and all! They were respectful of my home and my neighbor's homes and driveways (I live in a townhome row), and they cleaned up after themselves every night. He knew I had a tight timeline to get the project done, listened to my needs, and had the project completed ahead of schedule. I would work with Nio again and highly recommend his skills and services!
